Sol de Janeiro's legacy bundle builder offered an outdated user experience that didn’t align with the brand’s vibrant, playful identity. It lacked visibility into reporting on selected SKUs, making it difficult to understand performance at the product level. Additionally, limited conversion & user behavior analytics prevented the team from optimizing the experience based on real customer data.

Our Approach

The experience was designed around on three goals: make it effortless for customers to mix & match products to create their own rituals, enable flexibility for seasonal and campaign-based bundles, & integrate custom bundle tracking for ongoing data-driven testing. The result is a bundle builder that doesn’t feel like an upsell — it feels like a more joyful, intuitive way to shop.
